rrr7 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between rrr7 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). rrr7 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladesh that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any activity carried out from the account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, please notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rrr7 may request documents for identity verification at any time. KYC may need to be completed for withdrawals. Required documents may include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

We take the protection of minors very seriously. If we confirm that a user is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing money on rrr7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• rrr7 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are currently not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wager of (deposit + bonus) × 25 must be completed.
• Wagering requirements are met on eligible games — not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling the requirements.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, rrr7 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus.

5.2 VIP Cashback

rrr7 has four VIP tiers with weekly cashback available:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on playing consistency and activity. Cashback amounts and conditions may change at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, and syndicate participation. If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended immediately.

The following rules will always apply when betting on rrr7.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports betting wagers are settled on the final result.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applied by rrr7.
• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC series), football, and other sports.
• In the case of live betting, odds can change rapidly.

6.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and follow fair play principles.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, rrr7 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other reputable providers.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the case of incomplete bets due to server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, rrr7 reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrr7 platform, and if detected, strict action including account termination will be taken:

• Any attempt at money laundering or legitimizing illegal funds.
• Fraud, forgery, or other illegal activities.
• Use of software bots, automated betting tools, or hacking tools.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Betting using a third-party account or with third-party funds.
• Exploiting technical errors of the platform for personal gain.
• Harassment of other users or inappropriate behavior.
• Match fixing or participation in any corrupt sporting activity.

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Due to legal obligations.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any available cash balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed (excluding bonuses with unmet conditions).

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is becoming an addiction, you may use the self-exclusion facility. Contact our support team and exclude yourself for a specific period or permanently.
